Been using this service for two days and I'm already sick of them. They suspended my account without warning on Saturday morning, and they do not offer customer service until Monday. So I'm stuck. I'm looking for someone else.
Useless customer service. The email templates are highly restrictive, does not allow for much customization, and cannot be printed in a readable form. So if you have need for anything other than their vanilla package, don't use them.
I just wanted to add that I received a response this morning from constant Contact regarding my account being shut down over the weekend- apparently by mistake my newsletter was flagged for inapropriate content- I am a freebies-contests newsletter- I do not have inapropriate content and they have apologized and credited my account for 1/2 months service for next month- woohoo! Not.... because they would not tell me which word(s) flagged the account nor how to protect myself from this happening again. So really feel that nothing has been resolved-shutting me out twice in one week is just to much. Bad business practices on Contant Contacts part.
