Constant Contact is a good e-mail marketing service if you're looking for a quick and simple solution. Their templates are great so is the simplicity of using their site.
One of the problems I encountered when using their service is with personalizing the e-mails.
They offer basic personalization features in their templates.
They don't offer SUBJECT LINE personalization which was a big problem for me.
There are complex ways to do so using XHTML which even their support wasn't able to assist with.
