Email Labs has an extensive reporting section but is missing a few features that would help to create an email campaign.
The service will allow you to create a message in HTML, plain text and from a pre-made template. You can run a SPAM test and send yourself a test email to make sure the bulk email is perfect before you send it out to all the contacts on your list. You are also able to host your images with this service and automatically add an unsubscribe link to the bottom of the email.
EmailLabs isn't as user-friendly as some of the other services. You don't actually reach all the options until you click on the "New List" button. Then program changes and a left hand navigation bar appears with all the options. The program isn't difficult to figure out, it just takes more time.
The HTML editor will help with the formatting and perfecting of your email. The editor also allows you to perform functions like format the font-set bold, underline, italic, justification and more.
There are only a few reporting features that are missing from this service that we found in other email marketing services. For example, you aren't able to track your emails that have been forwarded, compare the reports one to another and it is lacking the ability to export the reports.
You are able to see all the links in your email and find out which links have been clicked on and how many times. Furthermore, you can track all you're bounced, opened, replied, delivered and sent emails.
Overall, EmailLabs will help you to create a great email campaign.
