I've been using iContact for the past 10 months and have found it, for the most part, to be easy to use.
Today, I hit my first major technical snag. I couldn't resolve it myself, so I decided to call their tech support. A recorded voice answered with the dreaded, "Due to an unexpected number of calls, we're expecting long than normal delays...."
I groaned, figuring I was in it for the long haul. To my surprise, a real live person picked up after about a minute. This person was either an American or had been the best language school ever.
I explained my problem, we tried a few different things, the tech guy asked someone else there, and soon enough my issue was resolved. Amazing!
