Using Mad Mimi you can have an attractive email created and complete with images, colored backgrounds, links and opt-out options within minutes and you can track your email campaign pretty much hands-free. They can track clicks, provide unsubscribe and bounce reports, the ability to compare campaigns and formulate forward-to-a-friend reports.
They also take major steps to make sure your emails stay off SPAM lists and will actually hit inboxes. Mad Mimi has a human approval process, strict permission policies in place, they are whitelisted by major ISPs, and they provide daily monitoring of blacklists and are authenticated.

We also liked that this service is not focused towards spammers, they are more focused to legitimate businesses with active customers who opt-in to a newsletter or other emailed information. Precautions like this likely help them stay whitelisted and help keep your emails from being filtered out by a SPAM filter.

One thing we think would be a nice addition is automatic log off; we left our computer overnight and it stayed logged in, a timed log out would be nice, so you don’t have to worry about someone accessing your list or sending out emails through your account.
This is the golden nugget of what Mad Mimi has to offer; this service is incredibly easy to use. As mentioned, you do not even have to know the tiniest bit of coding. However, if you do, it is HTML read as well. To create an email, it can be as simple as choosing a theme and entering your text. Images can be uploaded and saved on an image list and can be drag-and-dropped over for easy insertion. They also provide unlimited image hosting.
In addition, implementing tracking options and so on is also as simple as checking a box or two. You can even clone a campaign, or what they call promotions, in one click. If you are used to other email creation and marketing products you may wonder where all the buttons and stuff are, but this product is streamlined and has tons of automated processes that are designed to be as easy and stress free as possible to use.
